1. Definitions
The following terms have the meanings given herein:
– “Customer”: any natural or legal person who purchases products through Papalino’s website.
– “Products”: goods available for purchase on Papalino’s website.

2. Acceptance of the Conditions
The purchase of products on https://www.papalino.it implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to read them carefully.

3. Registration and User Account
To make a purchase, the Customer must register and provide true and current information. The Customer is responsible for the security of his/her password and use of his/her account.

4. Ordering
Orders can be placed through the site. Confirmation of the order will be sent by email to the Customer. Papalino reserves the right to refuse orders in case of an error in the description or price of the product.

5. Prices and Payments
Prices are in Euros and include VAT. Payment can be made by credit cards, PayPal or other methods indicated at the time of the transaction. Papalino reserves the right to change prices at any time.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are approximate and refer to the Italian territory. Papalino is not responsible for delays due to force majeure events. The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the shipping address provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product, as provided for by current regulations. Returns must be sent to Papalino in original condition and with undamaged packaging.

8. Warranty and Service
All products are covered by a legal warranty of conformity. In case of defects, the Customer must contact Papalino’s customer service department to handle the claim.

9. Intellectual Property
All site contents, including trademarks, logos, text, and images, are the property of Papalino or authorized third parties. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
